Hi All. Some days, I feel very hungry and eating a lot. Some days, I'm not feel like eating more. Asusal 3 meals a day. Some days, I'm having sound sleep (10-7) and some days , Im waking up in between to eat something. Why all these variations? Is it normal? Also, since when I can feel my baby movements?

Significant changes in your hormone levels can affect your level of neurotransmitters, which are brain chemicals that regulate sleep and food habit too... So, no need to worry much... relax and listen to your body.. you may start feeling fetal movements after 20weeks..

Diet and energy levels will varry maybe each day. But as an expecting mom its very important you stay healthy  So take lots of fluids, juices. instead of bif meals have smaller but more frequent meals.
