Hi All. Some days, I feel very hungry and eating a lot. Some days, I'm not feel like eating more. Asusal 3 meals a day. Some days, I'm having sound sleep (10-7) and some days , Im waking up in between to eat something. Why all these variations? Is it normal? Also, since when I can feel my baby movements?

Diet and energy levels will varry maybe each day. But as an expecting mom its very important you stay healthy&#160; So take lots of fluids, juices. instead of bif meals have smaller but more frequent meals.
