Hi all, This is a healthy snack recipe a sort of cookie which can be taken at any time of the day... Can be given as a snack for short lunch to school going kiddos... It's name is RAWA COOKIE ..and the recipe is as follows... Combine two cups of rawa or semolina with one cup of flour, add two tablespoon of ghee or butter, mix it well, add raisins, two tablespoon coconut powder,two to three cardamoms, dry fruit powder, a pinch of salt and one cup sugar, make a tight dough and then divide into small balls which is then flattened to make cookies.. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180degree Celsius for twenty minutes apply a brushing of ghee on cookies..... #mojobar#my mojo#babychakra
