Hi all today I am 19 week s pregnant and I am having svere back pain and; pain shoots near belly button ...looks like menses pain.i am worried..is this normal

Back pain is normal but such severe pain shouldn't be there please consult your doctor dear....avoid being in sitting or standing position for long <u>hours</u>
