Hi all today I am feeling very much guilty myself ...I don't know somehow iam feeling that iam not a good mother ...today I slap my 2 year old baby while she was eating something fall on floor ...I got angry and I slapped on her face ...after that I felt ashamed my self and feeling guilty myself very much ..since my baby born I became very much impatient...I feel angry on each and everything..me and my husband both we are raising our baby without anyone s support ...when my baby won't eat I feel angry ..when she won't sleep u feel angry ...I really don't know why and what is happening with me ....Even I know that this not right to get to angry on baby who is innocent who don't know anything who don't understand anything ....when I shout I felt that my baby comes to know that mom is angry and shouting on her ..and she start screaming with scare ...I realy want to be patience but somehow iam not able to control my anger and my depressions...I really don't know what should I do ...

Hi Ashwini it's good that you have realised your mistake, these things are affecting her. When things doesn't happen as per our expectation we get angry but we need to understand that kids too have emotions and they are watching us. Having said all this even I loose it at times but i try control myself. If I'm super angry and felt like slapping her I go inside the bathroom and lock myself for few mins. Ofcourse my daughter will cry more but I become calm n come out.

Hey dear..dont worry. All of us go through this phase. You are a supper Mom..full of love ..don't feel guilty.. sometimes we loose our temper especially when we don't have many people to help us .. <br>
Take some time for yourself when the baby is sleeping.. listen to music or go out in the evening.. take the baby to the garden. Both of you will feel fresh..walk little bit it releases our negative emotions..excess energy...<br>
You can have some house help for 2 hours if you think it's too much load..take it easy... Relax...pamper yourself too..

Hi Ashwini, You are the best MOM for your baby... Do not feel guilty, you know that you are getting angry, then Stop your self, inserted hitting, tell the Baby silently, she vl learn soon.. take a break, go on a vacation, make your self time, read books, take baby for a walk or go to park and play.. before raising hands stop your self and drink water once you feel ur getting angry or frustrated.. read this articles, hope it will help you.. take care
