hi all... today I had my 9 th month sonography.. Dr told there is Cephalic presentation. my amniotic fluid index is 6 which is cause of concern... and single umbilical cord form a single loose loop around fetal neck... is all this will cause c section... plz make me understand all this things....
You will need to be monitored closely. Amniotic fluid does not increase dramatically and time is short. In this case you will have to trust the doctor to make the right decision for you.

Single loop around the neck is generally manageable. Cephalic means head down which is a good position. Low amniotic fluid is the only cause for concern. Please have high protein foods and plenty of fluids 12-14 glasses daily. If the level of fluid maintains then there is a chance for a vaginal birth.
