hi all.. tommorrow i am rejoining office .. any dos and don'ts i should keep in mind regarding post delivery health , baby's health  etc

yhh u should have to take care for yourself n baby too... eat healthy food especially home food avoid drinking many cups coffee, drink lots of water as its summer season, eat more watery fruits.  stay healthy dr avoid too much of sitting in d office.
