Hi all, When I went for my 32 week scan it was cephalic(heads down) presentation..,again I went for my routine check up yesterday and the baby was seen positioned horizontally.. Is that OK? Again will the baby be positioned heads down in few weeks or not.?if so any suggested exercise to be done..?

It's normal for the baby to keep changing position sometimes till almost the end. However having the baby in a head down position by week 35 is considered favorable. Walk squat with your doctor's permission and also remember to sit with a wide leg position to allow for more room in the pelvis.

just relax. its a natural process. my baby changed and went head down just 15 hrs before i went in labor.
