hi all...it's been 4months that I have not concentrated on my body... I've gained a lot of weight. I want to start losing weight by eating healthy and doing exercises. I don't understand where to start from! please guide and encourage me.

ramya ,you can start with gentle exercises just avoid junk foods, as you must be breast feeding your baby don't go on diet n all, eat all nutritious foods in frequent intervals n in small quantity. as all said you can take help from <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @63729cb62338f60015eaef4c </b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font> she is just awesome friend on how to take care of your body...

u just get to start exercising. otherwise no matter what diet u eat if the post pregnancy fat is not lost now it will get harder to lose it.

join a gym . because once ur BMI is calculated the trainer will guide u through a customised diet exercise according to what u have to lose. and since postpartum body changes tremendously it's better to opt for someone professional to help u out. because anything done wrong can have lasting effects. and gymming will give u some me time as well. i do a combination of gym and freeletics training.
