Hi am 39 weeks pregnant m due on 4april, but my baby's head is not fixed and also high from the pelivic, my cervix is long in length and not dilated to a centimetr... But I am having false contractions when I take a walk, my doc says I ll not go into labour pains, there's no way for a VBAC delivery... What should I do... Should I wait till my due date for labour pains to come or else go for a planned c section?
Hi Nargis. The baby's head can engage even on the day of labour. If the baby is fine, and your health parameters are also good, you can have a VBAC provided your doctor is an expert in that. If it is found that the baby's parameters have been disturbed, a C Section would be a better idea.
