Too early for nausea and vomiting to kick in.. wait for sometime more. Mine started at 8th week and I had a horrible time... regarding hcg levels speak to ur doc at the earliest

No Nausea is ok but if low hcg is an issue needs medical intervention and knowledge. Talk to the doc now.

In start hcg levels are low some times and you will feel morning sickness soon
