The sac is small, with no yolk sac or fetus yet. This can be normal for a 5 week gestation or a sign of something serious <u>in</u> view of continued bleeding n advanced pregnancy as per LMP.<br> Take rest n medicine as prescribed by ur GYN n wait fr repeat scan.<br> All the best
