you can keep a hard pillow on your lap.. keep baby on that .. use pillows to support your back as much as you can.. then feed the baby.. I tried it worked. .

Hey I have used this one... I found d one with the belt uncomfortable... This one was great, u can get it on firstcry.. I believe Morrison has this... This is great as it can be useful in many ways.. Apart from being a nursing pillow this can also be used for tummy time,  play time,  giving baby a support to sit.
