Here is an easy warm semi cooked salad for winter dinners which can help you stay fit in this festival season.
What you need : 1 zucchini grated finely

2 finely grated carrots

1/2 cup green peas

1Onion, 3 cloves garlic

Spices :salt,black pepper,coriander powder
HOW TO MAKE : Slightly saute garlic and onion in 1 teaspoon ricebran oil for one minute and add all the chopped veggies followed by peas in a pressure cooker. Add spices and close the lid. Switch off the flame immediately after the first whistle and open the cooker. Serve the salad dreamingly hot.
As a nutrition consultant, I prefer veggies over chapattis but at the same time realize that it is difficult to have cold vegetable salads in winters. So this semi cooked salad or you can say solid soup comes handy .
