In today's post I will share some details about what to eat after delivery.
If you have a normal delivery don't worry about eating and gaining weight after delivery. There are alot myths regarding eating and drinking water after delivery.
But you don't have to worry about that.
Drink atleast 3 ltrs of warm water every day. This will help you flush out all the infections and also it will in producing more milk.
After 2-3 days you can start having light food like poha, upma,dalia vermicelli etc. You can also start having chapatis.
Make sure all your food is well cooked in ghee. Pls don't add ghee from above. Take the appropriate quantity while cooking.
Avoid eating cashew(kaju) as it may constipate you more and you really don't want that.
You can have roasted almonds, makhana, munaka, walnuts.
Keep your spices low as it may creat gas troubles to the baby.
Try to prepare your vegetables in Jeere ka tadka as it will increase the milk flow.
Have atleast two glasses of milk daily.
Eat fruits as much as you can as they will help you with constipation.
Try to avoid sugary items instead you can have panjiris made of Jaggery(gud).
Please don't starve yourself in the beginning as your body is working really hard even after delivery. So eat and gather your energy. Take care. #letsdoit #preganancy #bbcreatorsclub
