hi, can elachi banana be given to 16 months old baby during fever and cold. Also how to increase the immunity so that baby does not get frequent cold and cough. please advice.
Elaichi banana as such doesn't cause cold/cough..this was told by my doctor.
mix badam paste (a few drops) in milk..it will help to increase immunity and good memory booster too

not advisable to give with cold n fever . plz avoid.
u can see a homoeopath around D u who can give u medication to increase yor child's immunity. homoeopathy is safe to give smaller children too.
n yes as child grows natural immunity wil b developing by itself .
