hi.. can I have cheese daily? as my baby's weight is less doctor said not to give much control over food.. and eat healthy..

Cheese can cause weight gain in you and maybe not on the baby. You would do better with having high protein foods five to six times a day. Try cottage cheese, soy, chole rajma and if you are a non veg then eggs chicken etc
