U can very well wash them in Washing machine but remember to separate clothes which might have possibility of colour bleeding.use dettol cleanser in the softner drawer of washing machine with ur regular detergent. It will disinfect the clothes in one go.

Yes you can but use a detergent for baby clothes.  I  always wash all our new clothes before we wear them.

now a days doctors don't advice to use dettol.. as it may b harsh to baby's skin.. you can wash in a washing machine definitely.. do get detergents which are especially mend for washing baby clothes..
