my baby is 6 months old,am started giving semi solid foods,wat i have observed is, whatever food i give it comes as is in the poop..am much worried...is that expected..urs suggestions please...

it's normal, baby is if active and gaining weight. rashes ,stomach colic (if baby is crannky ),vomit, if these things are not there then possibly baby is taking food

it's normal... initially this may happen..nothing to worry.
