They are high in nutrients and can support a healthy pregnancy.. 2) Flax Seeds: You can have about one tablespoon of ground flaxseeds every day during pregnancy. This will meet your daily requirement of 1.4g alpha-linoleic acid (ALA) , It is safe to eat a moderate amount of flaxseeds during pregnancy . 3) Green tea: Green tea is rich in nutrients, which means you can enjoy a cup or two every day, however you need to consider the caffeine you are consuming through other sources such as soft drinks, coffee, cola, chocolate, energy drinks and more. All these things can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

chia seeds you can have anytime of the day, but have it in limited quantity as it can lead to cold in a few people. flax seeds are also ok to consume. when it comes to green tea have non-caffeinated green tea once a while
