hi doctor,

I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant and feeling my baby active for like 3.5 hours continuous and because of that my stomach is becoming tight. also I am feeling like a nerve pull in my lower abdomen right side. no other pain, does this mean labour? sorry since this is my first pregnancy I am not sure how the labour pains are
