In diabetic patients or even gestational diabetes delivering a normal conventional pattern is a little bit hard depending upon the situation at the time of a labour because of hormonal disturbance because of diabetes amount of liquids also ok you do not worry about that this is because of blood sugar but delivering normal will be complicated as apart from the details you have mentioned there is a 10% probability of distress because of fetal cord around neck.

your doctor has not mentioned the exact data how much high is the amniotic fluid apart from writing high there should be a proper mention of the level exact according to the data interpretation but with a loop of cord aswell around baby's neck normal delivery chances are less it will not be a complication if everything is fine throughout the pregnancy such as your blood pressure your blood sugar thyroid if everything is well is then we can expect a smooth delivery also pls share all reports in the succession
