Doctor suggested me to take completed bad rest.but still pain in my lower abdomen.some time it's come and suddenly some time stop.please pray for my baby I am very worry about this

2nd time hai. Week 12 me thoda SA bleeding bhi ho Gaya hai.i was visited my doctor yesterday .I have lower abdomen pain . she suggested me to take duvadilan 10 mg in a day twice .
