yes absoulty. i was a working mother durimg both my pregnancies. its good to be active. infact after spendimg 8 hours at work, i used to come home and make dinner and clean home. my shift was from 6am to 3 pm. i didnt have any maid. and i worked till 2 days prior to my delivery. but then all bodies and pregnancies are diffrent. pls take a go ahead from ur gyno abt ur activity level.
