प्रेगनेंसी में उल्टी होना नार्मल है । आप निम्बू पानी ज्यादा पीजीए । ज्यादा खाना एकसाथ न खाए थोड़ा थोड़ा खाये हर 2 घंटे में । खाने के बाद वाक करे । पानी खूब पिये । अनार भी खा सकते हो आप
