That blood is called lochia . That was the blood which helped your baby grow.

for 45 days it was not periods it was left over blood after delivery and body was cleaning itself

It’s absolutely normal to have periods on time also with bright discharge even if u r breastfeeding and had c section. I have similar experience so relax. Happy motherhood
