Why to worry for such things which are not in our hand!!#its totally genetical ! So stay calm and take care of our diet!!

I would suggest to not worry about complexion. The more u think about such stuff the more helpless u will feel. Just let God and genes have their ways. Make sure you have healthy food in moderation and avoid unhygienic gready stuff. Be active too. Avoid bending.

Eat a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active, maintain a healthy life style, take meds on time, go for regular check ups, stay positive
