Gas issues are generally diet related. Make sure you are following a balanced diet and eating every two to three hours and small portions. The foods given as post Pregnancy items especially for milk production like dink, methi, etc can cause gas sensation.

Hai.. for some that pregnancy stomach will be retained. For better use abdominal belts daily. Have boil ajwain seeds in water and drink that water. Even you can chew few seeds. Gas will be immediately relieved. Eat in time. Have more water. Avoid gas causing things like peas, potato, thick dal.

for gas, have ginger, cumin infused tea... have 3 ltrs water, walk... tummy will reduce, if its fat, you should do exercise...
