Hi every one my baby started eating which food i can perffer to my baby pls suggest and one month onwords my baby is weight loss i dont know wat happening

When babies start their physical activities .. They tend to lose a little weight but if its too much then consult a doc, and u can start with khichdi, upma, soups, vegetable puree but everything in semi solid form

hi aishuraj, you can start weaning, start with giving fruits puree and veg purees , chose some less allergic nutritious fruits n veggies like- peer,apple,carrot,banana,papaya. after this u can start with cereals first like plain rice puree, brown rice you can add breast milk or formula for consistency , moong dal soup thin . first try one food for the days if babys stomach ks accepting this means there is no  allergy, rashes, vomit,stomach upsets then go ahead with that food, in a day give one food at time, and gradually increase it to two times in a day , start with it two spoons and increase gradually .read this article it's helpful.weight growth actually is  slower after  4 month. if baby lose weight more then expected then consult your ped, a little loss doesn't matter. later once baby settle with rice cereals, you can start giving ragi also.
