agree with <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @637296a3649d83001690452e </b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font><font color ="#3b5998"><b></b></font>, don't be in a hurry to exercise. if u had c-section get go-ahead from doctor before starting. in addition to above said diet, drink lots of water too..

hi Shweta,u can eat a healthy diet with all veggies n greens, fruits, include dry fruits n nuts in Ur diet .drink milk,take adequate rest and care.for excercise wait till 45 days n start if u had a normal delivery.just stay active.
