Due to some family tensions and problems i was not able to take proper care of myself in terms of diet.
No proper milk intake or fruits just normal chapati or sbji was in my diet. Even medicines calcium iron were neglected.
Now i am in my 32nd week.
If I start taking proper diet fruits veggies milk etc now will it be beneficial or help me in overcoming past negligience..
Had last ultrasound on 29jan acc.to that baby weight was normal.
Please help..

Hey Anon,yes please,its the time when your baby will derive every bit of the goodness you intake. All the best! Dont worry,if the scan says baby is normal,great..and soak yourself in the goodness of nutrients,your baby is gonna love it! 💞👍

It's better to be late than never. Please start taking nutritious food asap. From 32 weeks baby starts to gain one ounce weight every day. It's high time to take care of urself dear. Have almonds,walnuts, orange juice, lots of veggies, milk( u can add suppliment with milk )and consume atleast 8 glass water every day.
