I am eating everything that I am suppose to fit better milk production and also drinking water... please help I really don't understand anything and want to breast feed my baby... took date I have not enjoyed even 1 session of breast feeding as my baby latches only on my nipples...

try a god quality nipple shield. some of the well branded ones duplicate the feel of a mother's nipple.and the baby can't tell the difference. these are usually available at all good baby stores.

The only way milk production can increase is by frequent Stimulation. Which means that the baby has to feed often. The breast need not feel heavy. If the baby is urinating minimum seven times a day then it is considered to be sufficient. The pain due to the biting could be due to incorrect latch. You do have multiple concerns and would recommend meeting Lactation specialist to resolve all these issues.
