Take care of your diet. Do not eat foods containing high amount of sugar and oil. Avoid deep fried foods. You should eat healthy and nutitious foods and start doing morning and evening walks. You will be fine.

It is ok if the weight increases..ask ur dr if she allows u cn strt exercises..dey r dere in YouTube. N fr d movement u shuld wait fr it to be 2 sumwhr like 25th week... Dat is when i strtd to feel...
