hi everyone i m 6 weeks pregnant and getting food aversions. i just dnt feel like eating anything.the foods i used to love once like avacado, sweet corns, home cooked soups, sabjis or pulses or anythin in general i m unable to eat. only fruits n yoghurt are my saviours. is it normal ?? if so, till how long would it continue..what should i do ? is it gna harm my baby? cuz i want to but i just seem to put it in my mouth.

It's common during early pregnancy... Still try to have small small meals throughout day...

It's common in frst trimester. But don't avoid any meals,; eat what u like 2 have which is healthy.

Hi anon, well in my case this continued till the end of first trimester. Have small and frequent meals even if you don't feel like. I had lost around 4kgs in 2 months. So better take care.

Food aversions are common in 1st trimester and it will get better when you complete 13 weeks but for some it might continue. I still don't crave fkr anything, Try and eat healthy but do eat something like fruits nuts sprouts etc.
