1.Always Massage your baby from day one with ghee / coconut as it gets absorbed easily and strengthens bones. Preferably Moms should do it to create good bond but if your body doesn't allow you can take help from someone
2. Breast feeding is very important for your kid for as long as you can to boost their immune system. 3.Bath your baby with milk and warm water.
4. Rub you baby’s body with ubtan gently from birth till the age of 3 months for removing body hair.
5. If your baby has colic you can mix ajwain/hing in warm ghee and rub it on navel- this relieves baby of any gas or constipation.
6. To relieve baby of chest congestion- warm ajwain on pan and put it in a cotton or muslin cloth and keep it on babies chest. Please note it should not be hot.
7. Give tummy time to your little ones to strengthen their back muscles and also help them in crawling, relieves fo gastric problems too.
8. Always burp your baby post feeding.
9. For nasal congestion - Give your baby steam/ use humidifier when having cold.
10. Morning sunlight is important source of vitamin d for your baby- give indirect sunlight for one month. #healthcaretips #momcaptureslife
