question
Hi everyone,

I'm 30 weeks pregnant. my last 2-3 usg reports shows that amniotic fluid level in my uterus is low.

like its decreasing from 7.8 to 7.3 n now its only 7 which is hampering my baby's growth.

although i can feel my baby's movement but smtime its very mild.

can anyone help me on this, what i can do to increase my afi level as i already increased my fluid intake approx 20 glasses in a day.

I faced this problem too. But my gyn told me not to panic. He also told me if fluid level gets as low as 3,he would operate on me to get the baby out, that even not before 36weeks. When I reached 36weeks ,he checked me and told it was time to get the baby out. my baby too didn't move much in uterus during 8 months. his movements were mild. but, don't worry. keep up a healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. follow the advice of your doctor and of our friends here.
