hi everyone my baby was vaccinated yesterday sence morning c had high fever I gave med and fever subsided but c is sleepy alot refusing to feed and  is that fine and m giving paracetamol to her prescribed by dr max 3 dose in 24 hour is that fine ..when c will b completelt fine pls advice
