hi everyone my daughter is 3 month old now and still my nipples are hurting it's very painful when am nursing I was using nipple sheild even for the shield it start hurting me and the lactationer told me i have to use the nipple sheild no other option what to do.? I don't want to stop breast feeding my baby plz any one with an idea.
