Hi everyone. My dr. Has aske me for a 45 min walk daily morning and evening. I know going for a walk is a good exercise during pregnancy, but I cannot go for morning walks because that time I devote to yoga. I am into yoga since a long time, hence my day starts with 45 min yiga daily. So I dont get time for morning walk as i have to go office. Though I go for the walk in evening as well as night after dinner. Can anyone suggest if this is good practise if I skip morning walks for yoga?

@60bdc14ce1f162001a1ac395 yoga is really beneficial fir staying fit. Yes i asked my gyno about it and she said ok to it. There are many prenatal yoga on youtube which are easy and if we practise it daily there will be no problems of backache or any other physical problems

Hi @616da8a29dc2de0015c72ac1 . I start with all the breathing exercises+ meditation followed by basic exercises of hands, shoulders, and legs stretching. Some of the warrior poses , half plank poses, mountain poses and last with 10-20 squats. Exercises which do not include any abdomen stretching or pressure
