Hi everyone, now am in 25th week, i could hardly feel my baby kicks. Only twice a day that to small kicks and movements. Plz suggest food or some exercise to keep my baby active.

Hey dear, normal the movements start around 25 weeks.. it will grow gradually.. no worries .. if your doctor is ok you can go for yoga and excercise. Sharing a few articles
