initilly introduce only egg yolk.. you can boil and give. many advise to introduce egg white after one year. but i introduced egg white after about half a month of eating egg yolk. if your family does not have a history of allergy, you could introduce egg white after two three weeks. to be safe, you could give little bit. don't give boiled egg white as it could pose a threat by choking, you could add egg in pancakes, or omlette etc.
