ok u probably just have sore nipples and not cracks. it has the same management as cracks. watch out for signs of redness in breasts as the skin is damaged n bacteria can enter the breasts n cause infection. take care Seema

n go easy on urself. if u want to express milk every two hours and empty ur breasts to maintain supply while someone gives her formula it's fine. just don't let the milk supply decrease. one day of baby not latching can give u alot of help in healing as the cracks are saved from further damage by the latch. just keep expressing <u>though</u>
