hey anon,<br>
For insulin and irregular periods consult a doctor. For belly fat you have to be regular with your exercise. It's difficult to loose belly fat without Abs stretching and exercise.

Yeah anon. Just walking won't help. The fat in our abdominal area is very stubborn and it's usually the last place in our body to lose the fat. You will notice reduction in belly fat only when you lose weight overall. Targeted fat loss never happens. You will need to work on toning and strengthening your whole body to see belly fat reduction. Aim to do a combination of cardio + strength training + flexibility. Do 30 to 45 minutes of workout 5 to 6 days in the week. You can get your cardio fix through activities like walking, skipping, running, aerobics, swimming. Do upper body and lower strengthening 2 to 3 times a week. Combine this with yoga as well. Search for fitness blender on Google. They have a lot of free workout videos which will be helpful. But you will have to consistent and patient. Sadly there is no shortcut when it comes to this. It's great you are taking care of your meals. With regular workout I am sure you will be able to achieve your goals. 😘
