hi expert

plz suggest me some exercise or food for me .. my 38 week was start but my baby position still uper..my gurdian said tht if bby bump cant come lower position .. thn i hv to go   c.section for delivry ..im worried abt it plz sugest some exercise wht comes my baby bump lower at postion..

There are no foods which can help the baby to descend further in the pelvis. Try walking, half squats and pelvic rocks in the butterfly position to help the baby to move down. A trial of labor can be given. If labor does not start you could discuss induction with the doctor. At times with contractions the baby descends into the pelvis.
