RECIPE
Ingredients
✔️ 1 cup chopped red cabbage
✔️ 1/4 cup grated coconut
✔️ 1/2 small onion
✔️ 1 or 2 garlic cloves
✔️ 1 red mirichi (optional)
✔️ 1 tsp urad dal
✔️ 1 tsp cummin seeds
✔️ 1 tsp mustard
✔️ 2 to 3 curry leaves
✔️ 2tsp oil
✔️ salt as per taste

Method
✨in a pan heat oil,add urad dal, mustard seeds and let them crackle
✨add curry leaves and red cabbage and saute it for 2 mins
✨ cover the lid and let it cook for 4 to 5 mins
✨ in the mean time grind all the other ingredients together and make a dry paste
