If someone have fever due to any type of infection in body (like urine infection, blood infection, skin infection etc.) then you can use below Kada / leaf tea : 2 leaves of Tulsi (basil)<br> 1 leaf of Neem<br> 1 leaf of Pipal<br> 1 clove (kali) of Garlic slightly crushed Put all these in 2 cup of drinking water and start boiling and when it becomes half then strain (chaan na) it and add atleast 3 tea spoons of pure honey dabour is not recommended and then take this tea at least 3times a day (This will work strictly as per the given formula only)
