Hi friends, continuously I'm having pain on both thigh while sleeping on side position (left side) though I sleep like this I have poor blood circulation.dont have good sleep nowadays.can you suggest any idea for this?

Stay hydrated n u can use maternity pillows.. make sure to keep a pillow below ur feet n head.. will improve blood circulation

Use cushions and pillows to support areas you feel pain on. make sure you change sides from time to time. Get a warm water soak done for you feet at night. Please don't over stress since this is just the beginning of pregnancy

In the initial pregnancy it is very common. Keep changing sides while sleeping. Also use pillows if you feel comfortable like that.
