interval training is high intensity exercise where you repeat some cardio workout with 10 seconds rests in between. you could search youtube for many wonderful videos... but start slow and work your way up...

It is normal to feel stretchy in the stitches. After a while the area will also feel numb as if there is no sensation. To reduce fat interval training is a great option but you need to do a minimum thirty minutes sustains routine. Start with three times a week and increase gradually. Diet check is important as well although we cannot put you on a strict diet or a fad diet as you are still a breast feeding mom. Getting your period soon after birth or even when you stop breast feeding is completely normal.
