Hi friends, does using breast pump cause soreness/cracks in nipples?
Does it make the nipple bigger than the usual size?
I had soreness/cracks when using manual breast pump(Pigeon brand). Is that normal ?

No breast pump does not cause sore nipples if the flange size is correct and the suction and speed suits you. Experiment with a couple of sizes and also try different suctions.
