I am having pain in both knees after c sec... bending my knees is very painful..
didn't face any problem with knees during pregnancy....
is it cos of c sec....

No it is not due to c section. However it could be due to low nutrient levels as during pregnancy the baby pulls the nutrients and during birth there is blood loss. Ensure that you are taking your Prenatal supplements regularly. Discuss the same with your doctor if it does not subside.
