hi friends I feel very weak this days, some how manage to do all baby related work and cleanliness n all..but no time for self eating, making food i like and taking note on my nutrition , I am starting my supplements again as I left it after 3 months of delivery. it's been 9 month to my delivery , I have already ask advice for balance diet in baby chakra and my friends have helped me a lot, even live chats help me a lot in understanding the diet required. but now as I don't have time to cook , to bring veggies that I like , can u please suggest me some nutritious recipes which are d3licious and  can heal my weakness , and can be cooked in no time, please suggest some safe instant available also if u know.after delivery as I have preemie I got no time to rest, very less sleep due to all this m facing severe weakness)

vr sailin on d same boat.. well.. i learnt to sleep wen my daughter sleeps.. iv set her scedule.. meal timing.. sleep .. play.. etc.. nw i knw wen she sleeps n wakes.. so i do wrk accordingly.. i wake an hr b4 her n do stuffs... load ua fridge wid vegetables n fruits.  nuts etc r gud fr u.. take ua supplements.. all d best

hi friends thanks for the suggestion, we leave an outer area so difficult to find maids for cleaning , today I have catch3d one wish me luck ;) and for my diet thanks aditi and priya for suggestion I will work on it from today itself, it's just because I don't habe helping hands and caring preemie is more then full time <u>job</u>

Hi Dear! You must must must take care of yourself. If you are not fit and fine...family cant be.. Thanks for the tag <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @616df61eb34e550013eceff8 </b></font>. One must EAT properly. You must make time for this. Eat with your child. Sleep when your child does. Keep drinking loads of water and fluids. The weather is hot so stay hydrated. I think you should just eat and not think too much about the diet. If you are lacking energy it means something is a miss. Are you eating fruits daily? can you get help for house chores?
